Acceptable Use Policy

2. Prohibited Content

• Deepfakes, face-swap imagery, or synthetic media depicting real, identifiable persons without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• Content generated using another person's likeness, image, identity, or biometric data without proper authorization.
• Content depicting graphic violence, gore, mutilation, or shock imagery.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Content that infringes on copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Content promoting, facilitating, or depicting illegal activity, including drug manufacturing, weapons trafficking, or self-harm.
• Malware, phishing content, fraudulent material, or any content intended to deceive or harm users.
• Content impersonating public figures, government officials, or any real person in a misleading manner.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent our content moderation systems.
• Automated or abusive use of our Services that degrades performance for other users.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing our Services without written authorization.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise probing our infrastructure.
• Using our Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, and deny refunds for violations of this AUP. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent account termination.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
